I noted that my comments were for the lower buttons. On the other
hand, clicking on the [Title] (or whatever is the associated label)
button causes the edit screen for that field to display.
If the Source Type does not call for a Title (or equivalent) Source
Element then the label for the button will be in all lower case, viz.
"title". In other words, an entry in the title edit field is not
needed for that Source. Thus the field _may_ be left blank. In this
case, the title entry in the Master Source List (in the [More>>]
mode) will be "(no title)". If that is not desired, you may make an
entry in the title field. It will not print, but will display in the
MSL in the [More>>] mode.

Yes, from the Source Templates in which the Source Element is
included. Some Source Types may not have the [TITLE] Source Element
in all three Source Templates.
