I am having a problem with a Deed tag reading correctly.

This is the coding for the tag:

[R:Grantee] <|and [R:Grantee2]> of Webster, Monroe Co., New York bought property from [R:Grantor] <and [R:Grantor2]> <[D]> <[L]> <[M]>

Webster, Monroe Co., New York has been input because the grantees did not live in the area where the property was purchased.

When the tag is printed it reads as follows:

He of Webster, Monroe Co., New York bought property from Carolus Dunham and Hannah (--?--) 18 May 1843 Penfield, Monroe Co., New York.

What do I need to change so that the name of the grantee is shown instead of He?
