It's easy. Go to the MASTER REPOSITORY LIST. Click ADD. Now just add the
person's information. You can have different place styles for repositories
just like you can tags, but remember that repositories print the data L1,
L2, L3, L4... (Sometimes place styles will use the data fields out of order.
This doesn't work for the repository).
I put the person's name in the Abbreviation field as SURNAME, FIRST NAME.
This way they sort alphabetically by surname.
My PLACE style for INFORMANT is: <[Addressee], ><[Street], ><[City],
><[County], ><[State], ><[Country], ><[Postal], ><[Phone], ><[Email
address]>
In Name-Other, I put their name like Teresa Elliott.
Sometimes all we have is a name and an email. That's fine. Once I have
corresponded for a while, I will ask for a real name. (Ask how would they
like their information to be cited, it usually gets best results, since they
know you are going to give them credit for what they have told you.)

Can you explain exactly what the "repository" is? I've read directions on
how to create one . . . but I'm obviously missing the point. <sigh> I really
like the idea of pasting the email.
