Art, I would not use it for Job Title, but Church is a place.

The thing is every time you have a different Job Title, you would have a
different place in the master place list.

I also changed the first field of the Occupation Tag to be Job Title. Also
changed the Religion Tag first field to Church. From what John has said,
maybe it is not a good idea to do that. It means making changes to
sentences but I will heed the advice of much more experienced users than
myself.

I understand that changing the title is not the problem, it is the use of
the field that has potential problems.
