Any time you start having "wonkie" events in TMG, be sure that the
next thing you do is run all of the maintenance procedures. Back the
database up. THEN re-boot Windows.
If that doesn't fix the problem, then there really is a problem. I am
afraid I can't give you any specific answers to your problem but I am
sure others can.
