Details, like date, place, contents of memo? You can see that now if you turn in the Item Tips in the Details window.

They are visible in the Associates window.

I totally agree there, though I'm not quite sure how it might work. At least I'd love to the the "item tips" feature work on the citations list you on the Tag Entry screen - but that still wouldn't make them visible until you open that screen.
