To my knowledge, there is no such mailing list. I just checked and
find none. As stated above, the list did exist at one time but had
been inactive for years. Thus I expect that it finally died through
non-use. However, as I recall the purpose of that list was not
dissimilar to this one except that it was aimed at novice users. The
problem was that few knowledgeable users were members there and
novice users became intermediate users very quickly.
