An advantage of having multiple datasets within the same project is that the
picklist can be set up to search across all of the in the same list. On the
other hand, it can be slow. Using the expanded picklist may not be advised.
If you are doing some maintenance and cleanup, that would probably be faster
in a separate project before any data is moved or combined.
