Terry,

I find that *some* of my item tips remain, and others don't. I also find
that annoying. On my person's details page they remain, but on my Report
Definition screen they don't when hovering over the Report Destination, Save
to: file name. They don't in the exhibit log, either, when hovering on the
file name, or in preferences when hovering over the Save as: Save to
External Image file path name. There are probably others as well, since I
know it's bothered me before (small issue, mind you!)
