Not always twice. Just once for each part of the sentence it refers to.
Sometimes that would be the date, others the place. IT's not a real issue,
but if we're going to change the current method, why not put it out there.

Either way shouldn't matter to your solution. You just need a way where I
enter a source, and then I tell it to which data (I'd suggest sureties
