That's not the path you gave in an earlier message. <g>

Besides the folders, there are also 15 files in C:\ProgramData\The Master
Genealogist v7\Sysdata, right?

I have no idea why the SysData folder is missing.

Create:
C:\ProgramData\The Master Genealogist v7\Sysdata

Copy the following 7 files from:
C:\Program Files\The Master Genealogist v7\Sysdata

abbrevstate.CDX
abbrevstate.dbf
monarchs.dbf
quicktip.CDX
quicktip.dbf
quicktip.FPT
xbooksearch.txt

to:
C:\ProgramData\The Master Genealogist v7\Sysdata

Be sure to copy and not move.

Hopefully, that will resolve the issue.
