The standard Baptism tag is in the Birth group, so it can serve as a substitute for the Birth tag if there is no birth information known. Evidently you don't have Birth tags for these children ( or if you do, they are not marked as Primary). The setting on the Miscellaneous tab of report options is apparently set to "Group common birth places.) But, that feature just looks at the primary tag in the Birth group, not at what particular tag it is. So, it report that they children were all born at East Hampton.
Solutions:
1. The easy one, turn off the "Group common Birth Places" option. This of course will turn it off for everyone, not just these children.
2. Create a custom Baptism tag in the Other Event group, and substitute it for the standard one for these children. This will result in these children not getting the grouped birth place in the report.
3. Create NarrativeChildren tag for the parents of these children, with a sentence that correctly states that they were all baptized, not born, at this place. This results in a correct statement, and keeps the grouped "birth" place.
