Are you printing to Word (seems like most conversion errors are)? Can you
print to screen? Is it just with this particular person and have you ever
been able to print a Journal report for him before? Do you get the same error
with Descendants or Ancestors - and with eachl of the journal styles?

You can try resetting the report configuration - using the Delete button
under the configuration name, but I'm not optimistic it will help. Conversion
errors are hard to figure out. Rebooting wouldn't hurt if you have not
recently.
