Can you think of anything on your computer that has changed - any new
programs, anti-virus software? Contact Tech Support directly using Help > Message
Manager outgoing tab, explaining it is happening in both versions in all
reports.

Also see the messages in the list archives - search for Conversion Error #3.
There is a way explained in one of those threads how to locate the
temporary conversion file which TMG uses when it converts the report to Word et al.
It might contain error messages which could offer a clue, or the file may
just need to be deleted (it is a temp file). The archives are at
