You've obviously never had to redo the last 30 minutes of work. <G> It may
be boring the first time, but it's excruciatingly boring the second time.
Now if I am just doing research without data entry, I don't back up that
often, just when I am heavily entering data.

While I personally think that many backups is overkill (even with
low-cost disk space), I will also admit that I have backups going
back to 2006 for my main project. I also have some back to 1999 for
some specialized projects that I seldom use. For my main project,
the real reason that I have them back to 2006 is that I'm lazy and I
have plenty of disk space.

The above is on my hard drive. I won't say how far back my external
media backups go. But I expect that I can find some going back to
TMG v0. 9 (yes, that is before v1.0).
