Thanks for your suggestion, Jim, but I'm not really comfortable about the
double action of putting the '-' signs in all name parts (I'd have to do it
for birth and death dates too) and then having to remember to remove the '-'
signs for each P2 after running a report for P1.
I always output my IDRs to Word, and then run a couple of macros to format
them the way I want. I run a lot of these reports, and I think I'll look at
incorporating a Search and Replace in one of the Word macros instead.
