Going back to the original place that I want contains equals "MA " is in the
filter for tasks, so what NGS recommends is moot. I use keywords for one
thing and memo/comments for another. The memo in tasks is actually called
comments, but when you filter it's called a memo. When making my "report"
for the list of tasks, I am sorting by the keyword and filtering for the
item in the comments/memo. I use the 2 digit postal abbreviation so that I
don't end up mis-spelling things like Massachusetts. I do NOT want to go
through all the extra work of using TMGU to change words and change them
back etc. I need to do these reports on the fly for viewing on screen, not
printing out. And MA is just an example. Though Teresa's example is not one
that would be a practical one, it does point out the problem - that we need
to be able to search on "whole words" - case sensitive would also be good.
