There are two ways. One is to add them to you data set. On the Add
Witness window in the upper right corner of the window, click on the
stick figure icon button to select the sex of the new person which
then display the Quick Add Screen window. This allows you to add a
person very quickly. If the person is related, you will want to note
the assigned ID# so that you can add the appropriate Relationship
Tags or whatever other Tags that may be desired.

If you do not want to add the person to your data set then you would
enter the name in the Tag Memo. You can just include the name with
any other text or you can divide the Memo field into segments and
place the name and text as desired and adjust the Tag Sentence(s) to
use the Memo (segments).
