That was the answer I wanted to hear, as that is what it seemed to me. I couldn't, however, figure out why some people are so caught up in making perfect fit-all global sentences, so thought I must be missing things. It seems to me it is easier to fix the sentences as I go along than wait until I am printing a report and then have to fix the whole thing in Word.

First, getting a Sentence Structure to work for all situations is
probably an impossibility as something will always come up that is
just off. Second, even if such could be done, it would likely
produce a log of redundancy in reports. I use the default Global
Sentences often, but as I start printing reports about a person, I
start editing the Tag Sentences so that many are no longer the
default or Global Sentence but Local Sentences. In this way, my
reports are a lot less "canned".
