Thank you. That seemed logical to me, especially the quality narratives part, but I have seen so many questions about perfect global sentences I thought I must be wrong. I make good (I think) global sentences, but it seems I frequently want changes and/or additions. I try to put <[M]> at the end of all my global sentences so that my noters are added without having to adjust the sentence.

Not a thing!
Some folks seem obsessed with the idea that you should never use local sentences, so they have to make global sentences that will always work. My thoughts? 1) You can't make a global sentence that always works well. 2) You can't make quality narratives without local sentences.
I know some will disagree with these two statements, but we'll just have to agree to disagree on that one. <g>
On the other hand, spending effort to develop a global sentence that works most of the time probably saves time in the long run.
