Jim, thanks for the additional instructions. Following them, I deleted the
entire folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\The
Master Genealogist v7, and then re-booted and restarted TMG.

As you predicted, the folder & files were re-created, but clicking on Help
in TMG still brings no response at all. Examining the recreated folder, I
found a shortcut file named tmg.chm and when it is clicked, the TMG Help
file opens as expected.

Using this shortcut, I do have access to the help files, but they just do
not open from the links within the TMG program. It is not convenient, but
it does work.

Any additional suggestions to the links from within TMG screen to work?
