Source Definition: General
Author / Compiler / Editor / Second Person / Subject
The name of the author/compiler/editor/second person/subject is entered in
the form "Lastname, Firstname". Multiple authors are separated by
semicolons. When printed, the first and last names will be rearranged as
required for footnotes/endnotes and bibliographies. Because commas are used
to separate last and first names, you cannot use them elsewhere. If the
author is a person in your data set, you can enter the ID Number for that
person and the name will be displayed.
