With Visualk ChartForm reports, there are no Sentence
Structures. What you are seeing is a "hard-coded" phrase that is
used for living persons (in place of other data) and the phrase
appears to be a sentence.

You can change the phrase to whatever you want, but this means that
you must change a Language. You cannot change (edit) the English
(U.S.) language, but you can edit (change any other Language. You can
also create a new language just for this purpose. If you create a
new Language, you would do it as follows:
1. Select File>Language=>Customize... from the Main Menu to
display the Languages window.
2. Click on the [Add] button to display the Add Language window.
3. Enter the name of the new Language (say "English3" (no quotes).
4. Click on the [OK] button, and the new Language will be
added to the list at the bottom of the list and you may now edit the Language.

To edit a Language from the Languages window, highlight the Language
to be edited (English3) and click on the [Edit] button. This will
display the Edit Language window with the English word or phrase on
the left and the corresponding other Language (in this case,
English3) word or phrase in the right column. For a new Language,
the right column will be blank for all words or phrases until you
enter a change.

Now, to change the phrase "is still living," you need to scroll down
the list. The list is in alphabetic order. But note that leading
symbols are listed first followed by capital letters followed by
lower case letters. Thus for this phrase, it will be found near the
bottom of the list. When you find the word/phrase to be changed,
place the cursor in the adjoining cell on the right and type in the
word or phrase that you want to use instead of what is on the left.

After you make all the changes that you want, click on the [Close]
button to close the Edit Languages window and the click on [Close] to
close the Languages window.

To use the edited Language, open the Report Definition Screen for the
desired report and click on the [Options] button to display the
Options window. Then in the General tab, click on the down arrow
beside the Output Language field and choose the desired Language from
the list. Continue as usual.

Hope this helps -
