Even easier is to use the free Jing Project (for PC and Mac) from
techsmith.com to Print Screen (or make a 3-minute video). At the touch
of a button, you can post the screenshot or video free on their
Screencast site and share the link in a message here. You can also
annotate the screenshot before posting. We use Jing all the time in
the WG forum, particularly the VCF forum.
