It shouldn't. Mine is also in the burial group, though I am not sure, so I
think the issue may be that it is a TMG Standard tag. I created one in the
other group called PROBATED and I use it, so you might want to try that.

Thanks but unfortunately I am not getting anywhere with Terry's
suggestion and yes I am working with English(UK). Is it possible that
the Tag - Probate can only apply to the Burial Group, and no other?

changed the Tag Type Label in English(UK) but not in English(US), and TMG is
using the latter to test for duplicates. Try changing it also in English(US)
and see if that fixes the issue.
