I know you can't delete the TMG tags, so I think that is what is causing
your issue. Just create the roles in PROBATED, and then use TMGU to change
the tags from PROBATE to PROBATED that you already have and you are good to
go.

It is a Standard Tag and I feel that may be the reason. (Terry - is
it?) However, I have created one called Probated (as you suggest) and
it works and therefore will leave it at that.
