Hi:
I cannot imagine a good reason to record a deceased person's place of
residence as their place of death, if different. No good can come of
that, and much mischief.
When the death record records the residence of the deceased, I cite that
record as evidence for two Tags: one, the death Tag; the other, a
Resided Tag with a date equal to the date of death, and a sort date one
day before the date of death.
