DeAnna,
I do agree with you on the fun aspect of this as well. Years ago I even
posted about the fact that hubby and my son were in one room playing video
games and I was doing TMG. LOL And I think it's fine to say this is for me.
I enjoy it, I get relaxation out of it. I don't have a desire to publish a
great big family tree or be a famous genealogist. And if when I die, they
take my computer and toss it on the trash heap, I am fine with that, I have
gotten 20+ years of enjoyment out of the chase. I just want to be sure that
the misconnections I make don't seen someone else on a 20 year goose chase.
LOL I don't worry as much if they DON'T publish what I haven't as if they
DO.

Well, the truth is that those connections could be misused today, Teresa.
You can't ever trust that fellow researchers are looking at things the same
way you are; we're all different. As I understand it from your posts, you've
got some pretty clear tag definitions, and hopefully your narrative is
equally clear. I think you've done just about all you can do, short of
bequeathing your work to an avid publisher-type who is willing to comb the
web in your name stamping out inaccuracies. Certainly those folks are out
there; I've made some wonderful connections with people like that. But they
may not be in your family tree.
