Hello Richard,
I learned a few years ago, with help from Lee, Terry, Teresa, Virginia and
other wonderful people here that I did not have to choose between pretty
reports and recording every detail of my research. I record every detail,
and my reports are reasonably pretty because I control what tags are
included and how the information appears in my sentences. At least 25% of
the tags that I use for their helpfulness in the PV and PE never see the
light of day in reports. The sentences for those tags that do appear in my
reports have been refined so that the output meets my needs. And in some
instances, I use custom languages to further control how information is
output in specific types of reports (i.e. a research report vs. my personal
web site). Just another reason why I love TMG and the helpful people on
this list!
