No, it's the "Omit Non-Primary Parents" checkbox in that section. When that
is checked, the default, SS will only include primary relationships. Also,
the Narrative Format doesn't have a "parent section" and so the option does
not work with that Format. As far as I recall, it works with all other
Formats.
