The "normal" practice in a bibliography is to put the author/editor's surname first so the bibliography can be sorted alphabetically by surname. That's what TMG does if the names are entered according to the directions in Help. In the case of multiple authors, TMG produces only the first of them surname first, with the rest in ordinary order, as Mary Anne as said she wanted it.
