Terry,
Here's the weird thing. On the Children window. If the full name of the
Spouse is shown, but not the ID, then it will tool tip the number. If part
of the number is showing, it won't. So if the number is (13425) and (134 is
showing, then it won't show the rest of the number.

On the siblings window, I only have part of the name showing, and it won't
tool tip at all. So I am thinking that the problem is if PART of a data
field is showing, it won't tool tip, but if all of that data field is
showing, then it will.

Now is that an odd bug or what?

I'm using Windows 7, so I'd not think that's the issue. But I don't know
what it is.
