Both wives can be primary on the separate Marriage tag. Why would they not show? My brother's three wives all show as connected to my brother, albeit awkwardly, even though he only had a child with his third wife. The same for my sister. The chart is awkward because it shows the third husband/wife connected to the second husband/wife. It looks odd but it is hard to display on a chart...
