I have decided to return the project to a complete set. The outcomes I
get from splitting it are no different than what I already have, it was
just a case of me removing them from the PE which is a minor point for
the possible future issues I could face. I already accent the two
families seperately so it is clearly visible to me who belongs to who
and the output to second site is already controlled by a flag.

My daughter is only 7 so it will be a few years before she takes more
than 2 minutes interest in the work I have done.

Thank you for the points, advice and arguments either way.
