Yes, now we just need a countdown timer that will zap our chairs to remind
us that 30 minutes have gone by and it's time to backup our data. If you are
only backing up data, it is pretty fast. But if you are backing up internal
images or external images, the backup process can take a while.

My problem is I tend to put it off until every few days or so.

I have a button on my custom toolbar to make a project-only backup.
Takes just a minute and is almost automatic.
