Thing is, I am 99.99% sure it didn't used to get Principals. I always used
this filter in conjunction with the one for just the tag to get everyone.
Wouldn't have needed to do that if the filter got everyone by itself.

Yes, Teresa, I believe? this is the way this is supposed to work.

I believe the concept is that all people linked to a tag are "witnesses"
whether linked via a Principal slot or a Witness slot. Recall, Teresa,
earlier discussions about the [W] variable as opposed to the [WO]
variable. Remember that if you use the [W] variable in a role sentence
and assign that role to P1 or P2, it will print out that person's name,
as they are the "witness". I have long tried to think "linked" whenever
I see the TMG term "witnessed".
