That is your problem. The person is classed as the child's father
and a father cannot be a female. You need to Relationship Tag as
non-Primary for the child. Then change the Sex Flag. Finally change
the Relationship Tag to a Father type Tag. You may need to just
create a new Tag (copying the old data, citations, etc.), and then
delete the old one.
