I sometimes get a situation where the index goes a bit haywire and loses
people. When that happens you cannot change the flag for the "missing"
people. The simplest way to fix it is to close TMG and re-open it ands the
index seems to be restored. I've also been able to rectify the situation by
navigating to a parent or spouse and then using the + symbol on the good
part of the Project Explorer to get to a spouse or child.
