Wayne,

You open the Tag, and at the upper right of the Tag Entry screen is a button with a camera icon. Click that to open the Exhibit Log, which will be focused on that event. Use the Add button to add the exhibit.

Exhibits are added to Sources, Citations, and Repositories similarly.
