Have you checked Windows Task Manager to see what else is running -
like your virus scanner or an indexer? Rarely you'll find a second
phantom copy of TMG running. Are you using a filtered Project
Explorer or filter-based Accents? Expanded Picklist? If you are
running low on resources, rebooting does help.
