Okay,
I read that file and there's a lot of good information there, but the
EasyPrint file at staples gives me a 404 error and I do not see an option to
print to PDF when printing a chart to VCF. I can save it as a jpg or a
bitmap, but I do not see an option for PDF anywhere. What am I overlooking?
Is this because I have Vista?

Teresa -

Looking at the Staples web site, they have a file that you download and
install as a PDF printer. Print your VCF chart as 11x14 and take that PDF
file to Staples for printing. Assuming your local Staples has that
capability. PDF is excellent quality for printing VCF charts.
