If you are trying the Individual Narrative Preview with sources and are
having problems, please try the following. I assume that you are running the
report from the Reporting toolbar but that's not necessary.

There might be more than one issue and I'm trying to pin them down.

>From the Report menu, select Individual Narrative / Individual Narrative
preview with sources

Click the [Reset Defaults] button and respond to the prompt with [Yes].

Click [Options].

Select the Sources tab and click Endnotes to activate the radio button.

Click [OK] to save the changes.

Click [Save Settings] to save the report configuration.

Now you can click [Create Report] or close the report definition screen and
use the Reporting toolbar button for this report.

Let me know what happened if you have been having problems with this report.
