This question comes up every time people are eager to get the
newsletter. Bob has mentioned before that because of the volume of
addresses, the newletter is sent in "spurts", a few addresses at a time.
The volume is so large that doing anything else would overload
systems, and would make the e-mail look like spam to many filters.

I think the best suggestion is patience. <grin>
