Judy,

The advice given earlier indicated that TMG v8 Beta should be uninstalled before installing TMG v8, including deleting the associated folders. Did you use the beta? Did you uninstall it and remove the folders? Given that advice, if you want a clean reinstall, it may be best to follow that same advice before reinstalling TMG v8...

Perhaps the techies could comment on that.
