Help Please

1) VFI
When I run VFI and "Search for missing exhibits" I get:

11-01-2012, 19:53:34 107Operator/operand type mismatch. 115 TMGAPPOBJ.MSEARCHAD2
11-01-2012, 19:53:36 12Variable 'LCFILE' is not found. 116 TMGAPPOBJ.MSEARCHAD2
11-01-2012, 19:53:37 12Variable 'LCFILE' is not found. 117 TMGAPPOBJ.MSEARCHAD2
11-01-2012, 19:53:38 107Operator/operand type mismatch. 115 TMGAPPOBJ.MSEARCHAD2
11-01-2012, 19:53:39 12Variable 'LCFILE' is not found. 116 TMGAPPOBJ.MSEARCHAD2
11-01-2012, 19:53:40 12Variable 'LCFILE' is not found. 117 TMGAPPOBJ.MSEARCHAD2
When I click on Ignore the validation completes and I get "Validation Complete. No Problems found. 463 Exhibit files checked. 1 Exhibit file not found."
If I VFI without "Search for missing exhibits" I get "Validation Complete. No Problems found."
If I Look at the Exhibit log I dont have any Frowney Face.
Any Ideas?
I have e-mail this to support twice and no response

2) Descendant Narrative Report - output to Word
If , for Exhibits I "For Each Person include all images" then, for people with more than one Person Image I get the an Image (I think its the last Image entered for that person ) repeated the same number of times as there are Person Images and no sign of the other Person Images

TMGv8 Gold UK
Windows 7 Enterprise
MS Word 2010
