I think you missed Terry's subtle difference, Paul. I think Option 2 is
how TMG7 worked, not Option 1.

As for Option 3. I think this option addresses a completely separate
issue. Options 1 & 2 address what role will be assigned as _default_
Option 3 would provide a way to _override_ the default if desired.

I do not think these three are "pick one" choices. I support Option 2.
to allow the defaults to behave as they did in TMG7. Like Paul, I
*also* support Option 3. to provide the user a way to override the
default on the Add person screen.
