I would enter the village name (Hungarian-Slovak)/(Rusyn) and in the Tag
memo an explanation.

If you have a number of Tags like this then put the explanation before
the first Tag or person.

Would people reading your report/web site speak Rusyn or would records
be filed under the Rusyn name?
