Your URLs (technically, domain names) belong to you. You can transfer
them to another/others with no problem (check with your host for the
procedure). However, you actually don't have to do that; your
successor(s) can simply "be you" if they have the information (account
and password). (They can then change the information, much easier than
transferring to a different account, but it leaves you liable.)

You'll have to check with WG about your TMG license, I assume. However,
aren't you still using an older version? Your successor can buy a new
license and import your data.
