What changed was now TMG 8 does not automatically default P1 to the first
role in the list and P2 to the second one, like TMG 7.0 did, so it gives you
a warning that the role is incorrect. It's known, there's just a
disagreement as to whether it's an issue. <G>
It is by design.

When trying to add a spouse by going to "Add," "Spouse," (or "Husband" or
"Wife"), the following message box appears:

"The sex does not match the expected sex of a person in the Groom role of
this tag (M) Proceed anyway?" After proceeding, the marriage roles both
appear as Grooms. I then have to manually change the female's role from a
Groom to a Bride.

I still have version 7 on my computer, and it doesn't have this issue. Is
this perhaps a known issue of 8.01 that was corrected in 8.02?
