Happy Greetings, I have a question about the enlistment forms when a person entered the Civil War. I have "Company Muster-in roll" forms but is there an initial enlistment form that would have any information about a soldier's place of birth or the names of his father/mother ? If so how do I get this information ? Thanks Jane
